Project Management Courses

Project Management Classes are provided in the evenings. Each class is 20 hours (2 hours per evening) and will focus on a specific area of project management and the project life-cycle. Our classes are for professionals who are looking to improve their proficiency as a project sponsor, team member, or project manager. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of how to efficiently start a project, close a project, or any of the process in-between, you will benefit from our classes which focuses on filling the gaps in becoming proficient in your roll in the management of projects.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) Instruments


 Myers-Briggs is often combined with the following assessments in consultations:

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessments,

FIRO Business™ assessments,

Strong Interest Inventory® assessment,

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI),

CPI 260® assessment, and

California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™) 434 assessment.

AV & Room Set-Up Requirements 

  • Projector, Screen;
  • Laptop with PowerPoint and USB accessible; and
  • Wireless lavaliere type microphone and audio system,

Fee Structure

Full day workshop: $3,000- $5,000 depending on venue and audience size.

1/2 day workshop or keynote sessions: $1,500-$3,000 depending on venue, audience size, and time allotted.

Non-profit, education, and charity rates: Contact us directly to negotiate scholarship, discounts and/or pro-bono work.

Travel expenses will be submitted for reimbursement and are not included in the rates listed above (Airfare, ground transportation, hotel if needed).
